Let's meet our writers!

These blogs are written by one of our team members who joined us in September 2024, Trinity and a long term employee Lynn.

Trinity, a young vibrant personality here to help inspire travel to our beautiful area and wonderful guest suites. She is studying to be a teacher to the next generation and we are privileged to have her here to greet you and serve you as a Guest Service Agent. What might surprise you about her, she loves heavy metal music.

The other writer of these is Lynn. She has been with the property for over 20 years in a variety of roles. She is considered the one to ask about cycling having ridden the local trails.

The Barrelman Triathlon sees changes at 10 year anniversary

What is a Barrelman? It is a fun name to describe a locally run race, a triathlon, that starts in Welland near the hotel and finishes in Niagara Falls. Great changes are happening this year, which happens to be the 10th anniversary of the race.
