There is now something new in your guest suite! Most enjoy first thing in the morning, some with sugar and some with milk. We’ve just replaced all the coffee brewing units in the suites with a single k-cup brewing machines by Hamilton Beach.

We did a little internet search, and learned: ‘Coffee cultivation and trade began on the Arabian Peninsula.  By the 15th century, coffee was being grown in the Yemeni district of Arabia and by the 16th century it was known in Persia, Egypt, Syria, and Turkey. It was referred to as the “Wine of Araby”.* 

We offer our guests in room coffee and coffee 24hours in the lobby for guest convenience. 

Our guest suites are supplied with a Canadian brewed coffee by Martinson (since 1898), and the Tea we offer is by Higgins & Burke, Orange Pekoe. 

Now when traveling it is easy to bring with you your favorite brew from home and make your stay feel even more comfortable with your favorite cup of coffee in the morning. 

A local restaurant owner, Lucas Spinosa, has travelled to Nicaragua seeking the best coffee beans to import and make his own. With a roaster in the seating area of his restaurant, there’s no hiding he takes his coffee business seriously.
