If we can say so ourselves, when you are the best hotel to stay at in the Welland / Port Colborne / Fonthill area, you get a few well known people staying with you when special events take place.

We’ve had a wide variety of musicians over the years, television personalities, and television stars.

We unfortunately don’t have any selfies with any of these guests since we protect their privacy while they are here. These guests may be exciting, but what we love most are the regulars.  You learn about them, their family pets, hobbies – our guests really are like family.

When considering we are the best in town, sometimes we have also been the best in our District of other Best Western Hotels, winning awards for excellent Room Inspections by the brand and from CAA, exceptional Guest Satisfaction Survey’s, Top 20% of the brand, number one overall for our district in the last quarter of 2019.
