The season to celebrate special occasions is on the rise. Most weddings happen between May and October, when there is a better chance of nothing going wrong due to the weather, unless of course, it’s so hot there is a black out, but we won’t worry about that right now.

As much as we’d love to host all of your special events, we know that we just don’t have the facilities to hold our 100 person wedding with the grand buffet; but we know a few people who do.

We’d like to bring attention to a few venues who are nearby who have hosted events for the family and friends of a number of our guests. 

In no particular order, when looking for an outdoor venue, consider the Kehoe & Kin in Wainfleet, Maple Meadows Farms in Port Colborne, or Ball Falls Conservation Area in Jordan.  All three of these locations offer beautiful mix of outdoor areas for your big day.

Do you have a more traditional taste? We have some wonderful banquet halls nearby such as the Casa Dante lodge for your Italian favorites. Croatian National Home has both a large and medium size hall with a wide variety in their menu.  Looking for in indoor venue with a great view, then there’s no other than the Flatwater Centre. Floor to ceiling glass walls, looks straight out onto the canal.
