After staying at least one night in a hotel, you will often receive a post stay survey. There will be questions on there about your stay, the amenities, the service, the value and have a section to leave additional feedback. 

It only takes a few minutes to fill one of these out and when you hit send, they are returned to the property for review. The response team reads each one, takes notes of what went well and what could have been done better, and sends a reply.  The reviews with staff names in them are often printed and posted in the staff area for everyone to be proud of the hard work and recognition they received. 

These surveys also tell Best Western how each hotel is performing and there are awards that are distributed each year.  Best Western Plus Rose City suites is very honoured to have taken home two awards this year.  The awards are the Customer Care Award and the M.K. Guertin Award. 

These awards are only given to those properties that have an Overall Experience of 92% or greater on survey results, achieved a 970 of 1000 in the yearly on site inspection, have completed all required training and excel in teaching our guests about the Best Western Rewards program. 

In 2024, there are only 111 of over 2,000 Best Western Hotels that received this award, and after 35 years in the business, we were very honored to have finally achieved this. 

We could not have gotten here without our guests and them taking the time to complete the post stay survey. Thank you for staying and completing the survey. We now proudly hang the plaque at the front desk and work towards obtaining another one for 2025.
